La province de l\u2019Ituri, et plus particuli\u00e8rement les territoires de Djugu, Irumu et Mambasa, demeure l’une des zones les plus fragiles de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo. Les tensions intercommunautaires y sont nourries par des contentieux fonciers persistants et des m\u00e9moires collectives marqu\u00e9es par les cycles de violence. Dans ce cadre, l’intervention de RADPI, soutenue techniquement par Trocaire et financ\u00e9e par Irish Aid, s’av\u00e8re cruciale. Depuis 2023, ce projet s’emploie \u00e0 restaurer le dialogue l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la rupture semblait d\u00e9finitive, en pla\u00e7ant les communaut\u00e9s au centre de leur propre processus de gu\u00e9rison.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

L’objectif central ne se limite pas \u00e0 une simple tr\u00eave, mais vise une r\u00e9duction durable des tensions par le renforcement des m\u00e9canismes locaux. Pour y parvenir, le projet mise sur une strat\u00e9gie de m\u00e9diation communautaire proactive. Cela commence par une documentation rigoureuse des conflits<\/b>, permettant de comprendre les racines profondes des disputes avant d’entamer toute d\u00e9marche de dialogue. Une fois les dynamiques locales identifi\u00e9es, l’organisation de rencontres tripartites<\/b> permet de r\u00e9unir les parties prenantes, les autorit\u00e9s et les m\u00e9diateurs pour co-construire des solutions acceptables par tous.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le d\u00e9ploiement est pilot\u00e9 par un Chef de Projet<\/b> qui assure la coordination strat\u00e9gique. Sur le plan op\u00e9rationnel, quatre animateurs terrain<\/b> assurent un encadrement permanent. Ces derniers supervisent 30 comit\u00e9s locaux de paix<\/b>, totalisant 210 membres<\/b> issus des communaut\u00e9s cibl\u00e9es. Cette organisation garantit que les comp\u00e9tences en r\u00e9solution de conflits sont ancr\u00e9es localement et ne d\u00e9pendent pas uniquement d’interventions ext\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Le partenariat entre RADPI<\/b>, Trocaire<\/b> et Irish Aid<\/b> illustre un mod\u00e8le d’efficacit\u00e9 o\u00f9 l’appui technique international rencontre l’expertise locale de terrain. \u00c0 travers cette synergie, le projet vise trois r\u00e9sultats majeurs :<\/p>

  1. Une am\u00e9lioration tangible de la coh\u00e9sion sociale<\/b> par le biais d’un dialogue permanent entre les communaut\u00e9s autrefois divis\u00e9es.<\/p><\/li>

  2. L’autonomisation des m\u00e9canismes de m\u00e9diation<\/b>, rendant les comit\u00e9s de paix capables de g\u00e9rer les incidents mineurs avant qu’ils ne d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8rent en conflits ouverts.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Une r\u00e9duction globale de la violence<\/b>, favorisant ainsi un environnement propice au retour \u00e0 la vie normale et au d\u00e9veloppement socio-\u00e9conomique dans les trois territoires cibles.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
